Abstract:
In recent years, under the influence of both domestic and international conditions, the overall logic of China’s private equity investment market has undergone profound changes across fundraising, investment, and exit stages. A deep reshaping of the market is now underway. Venture capital, which originated in the capitalist system and was introduced into China largely through U.S. dollar funds, is entering a new equity investment ecosystem shaped by the context of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
Against this backdrop, it is necessary to analyze these changes through data and provide meaningful insights and practical guidance for practitioners in the industry, as well as for those who may enter the equity investment field in the future.
Undergraduate students, postgraduate students, and alumni are warmly welcome to attend. We also sincerely welcome your suggestions and feedback on the event.
